Refund Policy

Every new account gets 5 free search credits, enough for a Lean stack, so you can see what Rubric does before choosing a plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. It stops renewing, and you keep your plan and remaining search credits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You will not be charged again.

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase, as long as you have used no more than 50 search credits from that plan (about 5 Standard stacks). Your plan ends when the refund is issued.

If you forgot to cancel and have not used any search credits since the renewal, you can ask for a full refund of that renewal within 7 days of the charge. Otherwise renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel so the next renewal does not happen.

Search credits are returned to your account automatically when a request fails, is declined because the idea is not supported, or returns no tools. You do not need to ask.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or could not use the Service because of a problem on our side, we will refund the affected amount in full, whatever the timing.

• Free search credits, which have no cash value.
• Unused monthly credits at the end of a billing period.
• Accounts closed for breaking our Terms, such as abuse of free credits.

Email help.rubric@gmail.com from the address on your account, with your order or receipt number from Dodo Payments. You can also reply to your payment receipt email to contact Dodo Payments directly.

We reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Dodo Payments to your original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve billing issues faster directly.

This policy does not limit any refund or withdrawal rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
